In March 2025, I.C.T engineering team travelled to the United States to provide installation and training services for a long-standing customer in the aviation industry. The customer, with 25 years of experience, specialises in in-flight entertainment control panels and USB charging systems integrated into aircraft seats. They selected complete SMT production line and conformal coating line to enhance the production of USB power control boards used in commercial aircraft.
The customer is well-known in the aviation electronics field, focusing on embedded seat-back USB modules and control systems. Their products serve major international airlines, aiming to improve passengers` onboard experience. Training sessions followed, focusing on: machine operation, maintenance, process tuning, troubleshooting, and coating path programming. Engineers prioritised hands-on demonstration and on-the-spot problem solving to ensure the customer's team could quickly operate independently.
